I had an exceptional experience working with Jerry Bunders III with Keller Williams Realty. He worked very hard finding property that was within my price range, style, and the location I was looking for. In a tough market where houses were selling within a few days and often the same day. He was able to get me in to see those properties on the 1st or 2nd day they were on the market. He fought hard for me on the houses I bid on, often interrupting his dinner at home to meet me an hour away because I was having trouble using the online portals. I’m not very computer savvy. Jerry was always there to help me or work with good old fashion paper documents, after hours, to get things done, only losing out for being out bid which he played a role in ensuring I did not get caught up in a bidding war and over pay for a property. In the end he found me a property far superior to all the others at a bargain price, even though I was outbid by another buyer, by convincing the seller I could close faster with less risk of the deal falling through. When we had problems with the seller getting their things out of the house at closing, he made sure money was held back to cover the disposal of the stuff left behind if they did not get it removed ASAP. I am VERY pleased with his professionalism, hard work, and attention he gave me. I cannot thank him enough!
